Enabling analog-in on the MV20?

Recently, I received a listing of the relevant bank of an Elura, the US (NTSC) version of the MV20, which is also analog-in capable. The relevant differences:

What next? Some of these differences will be related to the differences between NTSC and PAL:

525 vs. 625 lines
30 vs. 25 frames per second
different colour encoding

The first two will result in data that is quite different, maybe in a 525/625, or 30/25 ratio, but it may be less obvious. The last point may be expressed by a single bit, just like we may expect for the enabling of analog-in....
